• This project was completed per the specification of State of Maryland Historical Preservation/Federal Historical Preservation.
• The SOW is as follows
• Removal of 5 existing 120+ year old pendant, 4 wall sconces.
• The large center pendant was a total replication from a resin material.
• The four small outer pendants, were totally restored, as were the four wall sconces.
• All fixtures were retrofitted with LED technology.
• 5 motorized hoist were installed to raise and lower the pendant fixtures.
• The DHS Facility has been nominated for a Maryland Historical Stewardship Award.
